Web Bookings - Rota Group Visibility

Rota Group Visibility allows administrators to control what functionality your staff member see in the staff hub.

For instance, if your service has decided to use the Availability Wizard, your staff won't need to see the Web Booking tab so you can turn it off for the whole Rota Group.

Or you can use a mixture of both allocation methods within the same Rota Group:

So if you have one Team that uses the Availability Wizard and one that uses Web Booking you will be able to switch off the Web Bookings tab, so that the Team that doesn't use it won't see it.

To switch off the Web Booking tab for a team you will need to be in the Admin Hub and the Web Booking section then in Rota Group Visibility:

You can filter this section out by Rota Group only:

From here you can either stop the whole Rota Group seeing the Web Bookings tab or you can switch off the function by Team by switching the slider button to the right of the Group/Team to ON/OFF and clicking the Save button which you will find at the bottom of the screen.

 

In the example above you will see that OOH GP Services has 3 Teams - Administrators, Doctors and Nurses. Web Booking is switched off for Doctors but left on for Administrators and Nurses - Doing this will mean that Doctors will no longer be able to see the Web Booking tab but the Nurses and Administrators can.
