Why Can't I Find The Files I Have Exported From RotaMaster?

Please note, this article only applies to RotaMaster Cloud customers.

When exporting from RotaMaster - whether this be reports, finance exports or rota exports - they will be sent to your RotaMaster Documents folder and not directly to your desktop. You can access this folder from the RotaMaster launch page when you first login to https://cloud.rotamasteronline.co.uk. 

Click on 'Documents', and this will launch the folder. 

You can browse around the Desktop/Downloads sections to find documents that have been exported. Document can be copied from here and pasted to your desktop.
