Logging in to the Staff Hub App

Logging in to the Staff Hub app on your mobile device.

 

ℹ️ If you have previously logged into the mobile app with your app account details, these are no longer needed to access the app as you’ll now log in using your Staff Hub details instead. After logging out, you must use your Staff Hub login. Trying to use old app credentials will result in a login error.

1. Logging in to the Staff Hub App

✋Before logging in to the Staff Hub app you will need to register for the Staff Hub, for help with this follow this guide.

1. Select the RotaMaster app on your mobile device

2. Enter your Staff Hub email address and click "Next"

 

3. Enter your password and click "Login"

 

3. Select 'Log in'

💡Select 'Keep me logged in' to stay logged in to your account on your device.

2. Multiple Profiles

If you have multiple profile linked to your username, when you log in you will be prompted to pick which profile you wish to access:

To navigate between your profiles, select the menu icon in the top right of the screen, select 'Profile settings', then 'Select Profile'.

This will then show each of your profiles, with a tick icon being against the profile you are currently on. You will then need to select the profile you wish to switch too. 


❗If your organisation uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)you will be required to enter your MFA code when switching between profiles.
