Payroll with contracted hours

This export splits out hours worked by Pay Rate Group. You will be given the following information:

First Name

Surname

Employee_Reference - this is the payroll ID which is recorded in the personnel record Personnel record>Personal>Finance References. 

Rota_Group - This is the staff members Primary Rota Group.

Role - The role of the shift.

Contracted_Hours - The monthly contracted hours of the post on the shift.

Hours_Over_Contracted - Any hours worked (incl. overtime) above the contracted hours.

Pay_Rate_Group - Pay Rate Group of shift. 

Record_Type - Shift or Adjustment.

Number_Of_Sessions - Number of shifts within the payroll period you are exporting for. 

Hours - Hours worked over payroll period.

Pay_Rate - Individual pay rates on shift (This will be one line per rate, if their are variable pay rates).

Value - Total value of paid shifts & adjustments within payroll period.
