Rota administrators can monitor early/lateness/non-attendance from the View Rota screen on a day to day basis using the icons shown in the View Rota screen. The icons, outlined below, give an instant overview of early logins and lateness on the rota against each shift. The colours on the start and end time of the shifts are regardless of the grace period.

These icons are displayed alongside the Start time of each shift, as shown below. Only shifts with a Confirmed Person will be subject to login/logout monitoring.
For Early Logins and Late Logouts the start time will be displayed in blue. For Late Logins and Early Logouts that fall outside the grace periods (see here), the start time will be shown in red. Manually entered times will show in purple.
Hovering over an icon will give more information on the login/logout. For example, below there is an IN icon and the Start Time is balc, highlighting that an on time login was detected. Hovering over the icon confirms this.
If a person logs into/out of a shift within the Grace Periods, the Duration will remain unchanged. An orange circle icon will show next to the duration of the shift if the person has logged in and out exactly on time (not including the grace period). If a person checks in late or out early then this is shown with a blue down arrow next to the duration of the shift. If a person checks in early and out late then this will be shown with an up arrow. These arrows do not pay attention to the grace period.
