Attendance+ on the Mobile App

This guide will show you the features of the Attendance+ module via the Mobile App.

Before using the Attendance+ module on the mobile, you will need to configure the settings. To this please click this link.

Once you have your basic configuration done, you will need to decide if you wish to use Geo Location through the Mobile App to enable your staff to clock in and out from there whilst on the move.

To use this feature, you will need to come across to Rota Settings>Duty Station

Select the Duty Station you want to start with and double click to open it.

With the Attendance Module switched on, when you open Duty Stations, you will see the middle of the box now has the ability to set Latitude and Longitude, these settings are for your Geo Location to work for clocking in and out of shifts for your staff members.

Set the Longitude and Latitude of the location the shifts will take place in, then set how far away you want your staff to be before they can clock in or out of a shift in meters.

Once this has been done, if you then do an upload of your rota's to the Staff Hub, your staff members will be able to log into the mobile app as normal and when they are in the area you have chosen to be relevant, a clock in button will appear next to their shift for them to clock into it.
