Rota Assistant
In this dashboard, you can instantly jump into specific areas of RotaMaster depending on the tasks you need to complete. For example, if you need to add or amend your Duty Stations you can use the shortcut in Rota Assistant to navigate straight there.
My Tasks (People+ only)
🧩 People+ customers will automatically be taken to the My Tasks dashboard when signing into RotaMaster
This dashboard will display any outstanding leave; overtime & expense requests and staff who have outstanding sickness episodes.
The information displayed here is driven by if you are the line manager for certain members of staff.

Rota Dashboard
This dashboard visualises the total number of allocated & allocated shifts; confirmed & total cost of shifts.
Clicking the filter & gear icons (outlined in green below) allows you to choose a date range; rota group & display information by role; duty station; zone & team.
Personnel Dashboard
This dashboard visualises the number of staff currently working shifts; not working; on leave or off sick, as well as an overview of your currently employed; future starting & left number of staff.
Clicking the filter & gear icons (outlined in green below) allows you to choose a date range; rota group & display information by role; duty station; zone & department.

Personnel Compliance
This dashboard visualises the status of compliance information for your staff. Displaying anyone with compliance that is up to date; expiring within the next 30 days or already expired.
Clicking the filter icon (outlined in green below) will allow you to select the rota group & date range.

Staffing Levels
This dashboard visualises the number of each role is working on a specific day, across a
24-hour overview.
