Eligibility to Work (People+)

  • We explore the 'eligibility to work' section of your personnel records. A dedicated space to record restriction status; documentation and expiry dates.
  • We also highlight key notifications and reports, enabling instant access to audits and reminders to follow-up on key milestones.

Asset Tracking aka. Badges (People+)

  • Any 'asset' owned by your organisation and issued to staff, can easily & simply be tracked and recorded in their personnel record.
  • Creating your own list of bespoke assets in reference settings, anything can be logged & tracked, from keys, to phones, to equipment.

Zones within pay rate groups

  • After configuring your pay rate groups initially, you can further enhance the detail and relative automation of the right rate, for the right shift by including zones.
  • We may have a "GP Weekday" rate, with that rate changing depending on the service or type of shift being delivered, such as CAS or extended access. Zones enable you to achieve the correct shift value, based on the detail of the shift.

New Functionality

  • There is now a new setting that ensures only approved shifts for your contractors and those marked as "non-payroll", pull through when generating invoices.
  • A new report called "864 Individual Pension Analysis with Shift Details" is available.
  • When approving overtime being claimed as TOIL, the start and end times can now be amended.
