Editing Adjustments (Leave/Sickness etc.)

The Adjustments and Leave screen can be used to record all manner of Adjustments against staff members, including Leave and Sickness, as well as Shift Bonuses and Overtime.

Please see the article on Adjustment Reasons for more information on the types of adjustments that can be added. 

The screen is accessed via Personnel > Adjustments & Leave:

To edit an adjustment, first, use the filters on the left hand side to show the relevant people in the chosen Rota Group/Team, then click on the appropriate person. Their adjustments in the selected date range will show on the right hand side of the screen;

Tick the box next to the Adjustment that you wish to edit and click the blue edit pen;

Various aspects of an adjustment can be changed from the edit adjustment screen, including the From and To dates and the Pay Rate Group.

You will be able to see an audit of any manual changes to that adjustment by clicking the Audit button on the bottom right of the View Adjustment Box:
