Populating a Personnel Record
Each staff member on RotaMaster has their own Personnel Record which holds all manner of information on them. Once you've created the Personnel Record (Click here to find out how to do this) you can review/add to/change it at any time.
To open the Personnel Record go to Personnel > Personnel Manager. You can then use the search box to search for the staff member.
Once you've found the staff member, double click on the name and you'll be taken into the record.
The record can hold all manner of information, including;
- Addresses and Contact Information
- Compliance (GMC, Indemnity and DBS)
- Finance Details
- Personnel Rota Settings (Contracted Weekly Hours etc)
- Leave Allowances
- Personnel Web Settings (Web Portal login details)
