Once Annual Leave Configurations have been built in RotaMaster (see here) and assigned to Posts in Post Manager (see here) administrators can view an individual's leave allowances in their Personnel Record.
Navigate to Personnel > Personnel Manager, search for an individual using the filters on the left-hand side and click search.
Open a Personnel Record and navigate to Posts > Open a Post and click on 'Leave Allowances':
The example above shows that this staff member has;
- 32 days Total Allowance (Total Allowance includes, 25 days Annual Allowance and 7 Bank Holiday Days)
- Taken 0 days leave in this period
- 32 Days Remaining
- 3 Bank Holiday days added to his allowance - as her Annual Leave Configuration is set as 'Bank Holidays Included' - see here.
- 0 Additional Days for long service (tiered)
- 0 Days Bought , Carried Over, or Sold
This allowance can be increased by manually adding either Bought or Carried Over leave, and you can also decrease an allowance by deducting Sold Leave:
To do this, click the 'Add or remove Allowance' button;
Enter the appropriate number of days in one/all fields and click Save.
The allowance will be updated;
In this example, we bought 2 days, carried 0.5 and then sold 1 day. Therefore, the 'remaining leave' has increased from 32 days to 33.5 which is the correct increase of 2.5 days, then minus 1 day sold allowance (i.e total overall increase of 1.5 days)
Sold leave will be deducted from the remaining allowance for the specified year.
