People+ Pre-Post Checklist
People+ is a fully integrated HR module which will allow you to record and manage all important personnel information all in one central system and can be added to RotaMaster as an additional module at any time
As existing customers you will have been given access to a pre-post version of people+ and will already be familiar with standard RotaMaster.
There are a few things you need to do in order to get your database ready for People+
In the Personnel Tab you will find additional sub-tabs
Post Manager
The People+ module still uses Roles, roles are used purely for rota requirements. Every person & shift has a Role and only staff with the appropriate role can work a shift.

People+ uses Posts - Each post contains contract details - financial details and other HR related information and will need to be created for each Post you have in your service
