During this lunchtime learning, we explore:

Exchange

• Where to configure & approve shift swaps from your staff?
• How staff can offer and swap shifts with each other in the Staff Hub.

Administrator Roles, Types & Permissions

• What are the different levels of access (roles)?
• What are the the different areas of access (types)?
• What permissions can be for configured for each role & type

Annual Leave Configuration (People+)

• What can annual leave configurations automate for you?
  • Pro-rata annual leave for staff working less than full time
  • Pro-rata annual leave for staff starting / leaving part way through the year
  • Allocate allowance for Bank Holidays (pro-rata where relevant)
  • Additional allowance for length of service (pro-rate where relevant)
  • Re-calculate allowance when working hours change
• The ability to assign different allowances (configurations) per post.

New Functionality

• Option to add shift adjustments in bulk from the View Rota screen
• Option to add Staff to multiple Rota Groups in Personnel Manager
• Option to select & email multiple payroll runs out to staff
• Ability to export the rejected reasons from the Proposed Allocation Screen
• New notification for Contract Amendments (People+)
• Notifications can now be uniquely configured for different Rota Groups
• New option to create Period Limit rules per fortnight
• Report 544 for User Defined Controls is now available to all customers
