We are thrilled to announce our enhanced Staff Hub mobile app design, aimed at elevating patient care to new heights!

How to set new rates of pay & automate bank holiday rates

• We overview pay rate groups & pay rate patterns and the set new rates function.
• We discuss using special days in your shift patterns in conjunction with unique pay rate groups to automate enhanced rates during bank holidays.

New Functionality

• There is now a button, allowing you to export a spreadsheet detailing all the information about your pay rate groups.
• Department Numbers, recorded in shift pattern manager, can now be viewed and amended when editing a shift in your live rota.
• Mandatory training requirements added at the company or post level, can now be removed at an individual level in their personnel profile.
