Sickness Management (People+)
- How staff can complete & submit their self-certification, directly from the staff hub
- Marking an open episode of sickness as closed, by completing outstanding actions
- How adding daily working hours to a staff members' contract, enables accurate sickness data periods with no shifts in the rota
- An overview of instant access to sickness reporting such as Bradford scoring; good attendance and total days/hours sick
Automate & Schedule SMS messages
- A look into setting up automated shift reminders via text messages in the admin hub
- A look into creating scheduled messages that automatically share with staff, what vacant shifts are available and their own allocated shifts
Rostering Rules
- Where to create and configure different rota rules and a look into all options available. Ensuring the right staff, are in the right place, at the right time.
New Functionality
- In Configuration > Default Settings > Options, there is now a setting to control if staff names allocated to shifts are ordered "surname, first name" or "first name, surname". (i128)
- Comments can now be added to shifts in Shift Pattern Manager as well as from your live rota. Comments are not visible to staff in the Staff Hub, descriptions are visible. (i129)
- There is now a new option when configuring an administrator profile in Security, to grant access for responding to expense & mileage claims, based on if you are someone's line manager in their post. (i129)
- In Rota > Accept/Reject Bookings, there is now a new column showing the total number of requests someone has made in the selected date range. (i129)
