A Rota Group is the highest level of hierarchy in RotaMaser. Each Rota Group will have it's own staff and it's own rotas. This guide will outline how to create, delete and hide Rota Groups on the system
What is a Rota Group?
A Rota Group is the highest level of hierarchy within RotaMaster and typically there would be on Rota Group per individually managed service within your organisation.
Each Rota Group will be divided into Teams where your personnel records will sit, and will have its own set of rotas. Staff can be given the ability to work across several Rota Groups if you would like to allow this.
Rota Groups can also be helpful when considering administrator permissions as Local Administrators and Users can be restricted from accessing certain Rota Groups.
