      Allocation Wizards (auto-rostering tools)

      • This month, we highlight our tools for automatically rostering your staff and populating your rotas aka. our Allocation Wizards.
      • Allocation wizards can be used in conjunction with other tools and features such as availability or shift booking, to help you populate rotas for each of your teams, services & staff groups.
      • We explore four of the wizards in this session: room; availability; personnel and registrar, with a highlight on the personnel allocation wizard.
      • We can build guidelines for our rotas and staff that the wizard will follow, ensuring safe and sensible working patterns are always followed. This could be by configuring rules or assigning priority to our shift patterns, before running the wizard to populate our rotas.
