Tools & tips to monitor staffing levels

  • Quick stats to view total number of shifts; duration; value & allocated vs. un-allocated.
  • Statistics in View Rota, providing a high level overview of the distribution & number of shifts being worked per person, per Shift Group.
  • Combine your rota with leave & sickness information, giving you a full picture without needing to navigate through or export data.
  • Rota; Personnel & Staffing Level dashboards, auto-generated from your rota to visualise where your staff are
  • Automated notifications to alert you to staff being removed from high priority shifts & when your rotas drop below the minimum threshold required

Sickness Management

  • How to log a new episode of sickness - & extend an existing episode - both from the rota & in Self Service > Sickness Management.
  • How expected actual last days in sickness episodes control what needs to be completed next, such as: self certification; fit note; return to work interviewlong term sickness review 's.

New Functionality

  • The next GP Solo form for April-September 2023 has now been released and is report number 857 (part of version i127).
  • There is now an audit for rules created in Rota > Audit > Rules, automatically logging what was changed, when and by who (part of version i127).
  • Rota Weekly Viewer now remembers the selections & filters you make, and will retain these when you close & re-open Rota Weekly Viewer (part of version i127).
  • Staff Equality Information can now be enabled to be visible in the Staff Hub > Self Service > My Profile.
